Masson Inc. started its journey in 1908 when M. Ross Masson created the M. Ross Masson Company as a leather cutting business. James Edward Masson, his son, succeeded his father in control of the leather cutting business. However, James passed away suddenly, leaving his wife, Pauline, to take leadership of the company. She successfully managed M. Ross Masson Co. until the owners of Marian Inc. purchased Masson’s assets in 1978. Pauline was able to retire the next year.

The company then moved, updated, and expanded the product line to narrow fabric and webbing assembly. We have since added RF welding, vacuum forming, die cutting, and extrusion to our list of capabilities. In 2015, we acquired the Hoosier Badge printing company. We can now add value to your products through screen printing, sublimation printing, sublimation transfer and engraving. We are committed to making ongoing improvements and expanding our capabilities.
